The vessel is designed as a all revolving non-self-propelled vessel. The vessel is the steel single hull, and single deck pontoon hull vessel.   

The vessel is used for ports in the coastal waters for all types of large heavy parts, or large components such as hydro-structure lifting operations. Maximum lifting capacity is 1600 tons and maximum lifting height above water is about 86 meters high. The maximum slewing lifting capacity is 500 tons, and maximum lifting height above water is about 86 meters high; Load swing speed with load: 360 degree turn time: 30 minutes.
