Ladle crane is with its main constitution blocks of Main Trolley, Auxiliary Trolley, Bridge Girders, Bridge End Ties, Gantry Travel Devices, Ladle hooks and hangers, and wire ropes.

Structure fabrication, surface treatment and painting, device installation position machining will be seriously carried out during the production procedure of principal.

Test operation of the drive devices, stuff like clockwise and counterclockwise, confirmation of noise or vibration or temperature will get fully commissioning during customer inspection.

Trolley drive rails will be installed after total centering.

End tie and bridge drive device are pin connected.

Trolley frame and lower part casing is a one body type.

The entire Ladle crane will be divided into girders, electric room, end tie, and drive devices. walkways, duct etc which obstructs transportation or erection will be disassembled. Touch up painting and shipment will be prepared according to packing procedure.

During structure production, machining, heat-treatment, and assembling, horizontal boring machines, drilling machines, surface processing machines, lathes are required.
