Stacker and reclaimer is widely used to stack and relaim bulk cargo as coal and ore in inner land and dock, which was composed of mechanisms and devices of steel structure, jib belt conveyor, feeder tripper, luffing mechanism, slewing mechanism, travelling bridge, sparying system, bucket wheel, lubrication, electrical equipment and safety aiding devices. It can move along rails with the ability to slew jib, which can change amplitude. The bucket wheel can turn itself to reclaim bulk cargo. Stacker and reclaimer can be divided into stacker, reclaimer and bucket wheel Stacker-reclaimer.

Different mechanisms of stacker-relaimer can work individually and collaboratively three shift a day continuously.
